Photo-responsive semiconductor micro-nano laser

We are committed to constructing dynamic and intelligent micro-nano laser devices by integrating organic photo-responsive materials with quantum dot/organic semiconductor gain media. The research focuses on exploring novel principles and methods for optically controlled “Q-switching” and “wavelength tuning,” while addressing the frontier challenge of achieving electrically pumped micro-nano semiconductor lasers, thereby supporting advanced photonic integration and information processing needs.
